Easter

Let me just tell you. I am enjoying the crap out of my kids. They bring me so much joy, I just can't even describe it. Easter is my favorite shopping season because of all the beautiful girls Easter dresses. I will post one of Sidney's pics up here shortly. We had so much fun shopping for Easter dresses. She had the hat, dress, tights, white shoes with a heel. The whole kit and kaboodle. I forgot to get her a little purse though. I will next year...Garrett had on a cute little outfit too, but boy's easter shopping is not the same as girls easter shopping. I know you are thinking that I am totally forgetting the meaning of Easter, but I assure you, I am not. I just wanted to convey to you, how much fun the shopping part was. We have Easter candy everywhere. Now what do I do with all these plastic eggs. We probably have about 60 whole eggs, which means over 100 1/2 eggs. Do we save them? Can we recycle them? At what point do you ditch all your plastic easter eggs?

Woo Hoo. The UPS truck just pulled up.I must be getting a package!!

Today, I go for my yoga class, where they are filming for either 20/20 or 60 minutes. I will update you later. Should I go get a pedicure? I bet they won't be zooming in on my toenails, so maybe I will skip the pedicure. If I wear eye makeup, it will all melt off, an I will end up looking like a raccoon. I am sooo nervous.

Plus, I have eaten so much sweet potato casserole, that I literally feel sick today. I made it for one of the side for our Easter dinner yesterday. I only eat two things nonstop. I have willpower over everything except: sweet potato casserole, and fudge. I will eat it for every consecutive meal and snack until it is gone. Does anyone else have any food weaknesses that will make me feel better about my sweet potato casserole gluttony???

When I work from home, I see lots of things going on in our edition that you don't normally see. Strange cars, kids playing hooky, stray dogs, hookers, or at least scantily clad 30 something females, pulling up to my neighbor's house and going inside. Wisteria Lane in Plano!!

By the way, my fortune cookie came true the other day. I got an unexpected check for $600 in the mail on Friday. We overpaid our escrow account, and they sent the surplus back to us.... Please believe your fortune cookies!!!

Wish I got that kind of check. Instead, I owe almost $3k to escrow :( Really bad year. Also, this year the ex let the kids find out the Easter bunny... well, you know. I was hours away from them, with another family I barely knew, and I was crying so hard I could barely stand up.
