With the ending of our vacation, it seemed as if summer was officially over, since school started in two weeks. Here is a pic of Sidney on her first day. Garrett loved her new backpack soo much, that he was literally devastated that I did not get him one. This backpack was from Land's End, and it had monogramming on it, custom water bottle, lunchbox, etc. So I told Garrett that I would get him a backpack for his birthday. Poor little guy.
I can't believe Sidney is in second grade. She has Mrs. Mulvey, who is from Michigan. I had lost my keys during Meeth Teacher, the Friday before school started, and Mrs. Mulvey found them for me. So, I llllloooovvvvveee her. Sidney has been taking tutoring from Ms. Bentley all summer, as well as just joining Aloha Mind Math, for math tutoring. She is the second youngest one in her class, so I feel that any extra tutoring cannot possibly hurt. Plus, she really likes math, which makes me wonder if she is an alien, since I hate math soooo much.
I don't think I had this last year, but here is Sidney's first day of First Grade. One I took with the Hipstamatic iPhone application.
