National Champs, the best by far!! I keep humming that theme in my head, over and over. I can't get it out... Help.... The first of February 2010, we headed off to Shreveport, LA for a JamFest cheer competition for Sidney. We left last Friday, and stayed at the Hilton. The competition was at the Hilton convention center, so it was very convenient to get breakfast in the Hotel. Here are some pics. I get grief about the makeup, but all the little kids have the makeup on. No this is NOT Tiaras and Toddlers! But after the competition, we went to a science museum, attended a Mardi Gras festival, and ate at a buffet at one of the casinos. That was wild, as Garrett was behaving very badly! We had to drag him out of there. Will there ever be a time when I can have a peaceful sit down dinner with my kids? Garrett won't even sit. The boy eats standing up. The high chair is a thing of the past. We had a good time though, and really enjoyed ourselves.
I am glad that the season is over though. We might try a new gym. I just never got the warm and cozy feeling at that gym.
